Which shipping method do you use?

All orders ship with PostNord to a pickup point or your letterbox, depending on your address. Tracking is always included.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery time depends on whether the product is in our warehouse.

Products in stock: normally around 1–3 business days after the order is packed.

Made-to-order products: expect around 10+ days before delivery.

We continuously stock our most popular products for faster delivery.

Can I return my order if I change my mind?

Yes. You have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Contact us and we will help you.

What do I do if something is wrong with my order?

If your product is damaged or something is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and attach a photo – we will sort it out quickly.

Are the watch rings adjustable?

Yes. Our watch rings have an adjustable band that fits most fingers. Adjust it gently until the ring sits comfortably and securely.

How do I fasten a brooch to my clothing?

The brooch fastens easily with the pin and clasp on the back. Push the pin through the fabric, close the clasp firmly and adjust the brooch until it sits the way you want. On very thin or delicate fabrics we recommend fastening it where the fabric is a little sturdier.
